Cancellation Policy

The Beauty and Wellness Therapy Rituals offered at The Retreat are highly sought after and are booked in advance. Understandably circumstances arise where you may need to cancel at short notice or are unable to show up for your visit. Unfortunately this can be damaging to a small business, therefore The Retreat has a policy in place that enables other clients to enjoy a visit that becomes available in advance. It is required you provide 24 hours notice of a cancellation you need to make to allow for this.

If a cancellation is made *less than 24 hours* or you do not show up for your visit to The Retreat, 100% of the booking is required to be paid as a cancellation / no show charge, unless someone you know can attend in your place.
